Southpaw Butchers Inc. started as a dream in 2016 as G & G Wild Game Processing, with the help of an amazing support system including family, friends, and a hunting community it became a reality.

Dakota hunted and shared a love of the outdoors with his grandfather "Papa" since he was a little boy. Helping Papa process the kill influenced Dakota to start G & G with his exceptional work ethic.

G & G Wild Game Processing is now Southpaw Butchers Inc. now processing Wild Game and Livestock.

It continues to be founded with love and respect from every aspect of the business. We respect each animal that is brought to us, whether that be from your farm or the field. We value the use of raising your own livestock or hunting to put food on families tables. Loving what we do is what makes this business superior to other processors.
